For coaches and consultants
Three hours. Live. Just you and me.
Not a course you'll half-finish. Not another tutorial where the screen doesn't match yours. We build one real piece of your business into a working system, on your computer, before you hang up.
Live 1:1 · 3 hours · $997. Not sure it's right for you? Book a free 15-minute fit call.
Replace with a real Cowork screenshot — the finished artifact in the output folder. One blue annotation, client names dummied.
The 30-second version
You pick one thing you do every week that isn't really coaching — turning call notes into follow-ups, rebuilding the same onboarding doc for every new client, writing the report you've written forty times.
We get Claude Cowork installed and working properly on your machine. We set up your folder so Claude can actually reach your files. Then we build that one task into a system you can run again next week, and the week after.
By the end you have a finished piece of work sitting in a folder on your computer. Something you'd genuinely send to a client. Plus the setup that produced it, so you can do it again without me.
That's the whole offer. No modules, no community, no drip.
Be honest about how it went.
None of that is you being bad at technology. Every single one is a known, documented problem that thousands of people are hitting right now. You just hit them alone, with nobody to tell you which ones matter and which you should ignore.
I've watched most of them. Some are genuinely good. They still won't get you there, for three reasons nobody says out loud.
Every tutorial is click-by-click: “now it'll ask you these three questions.” It won't. It'll ask you different ones, or none, or it'll go do something you didn't request. That's not a bug in the video — it's how these systems work. But a video format quietly promises repeatability, so the first time your screen diverges you conclude you're the problem and stop.
Every tutorial starts from a machine where everything is installed and functioning. None of them cover the part that actually stops people: the Windows setting that has to be switched on, the drive it has to be installed on, the folder name that silently breaks it. If you got stuck before minute one, no video was ever going to help you.
Watching someone demo file organization is not the same as having your own follow-up process running. Feature tours produce the feeling of learning without the thing being built. That gap is why you've watched six hours of this and still don't use it on Monday.
A live session fixes all three, because I'm looking at your screen when it diverges, your machine when it fails, and your actual work when we build.
We build one workflow. Yours. Here's what that looks like for different kinds of coaches — find the one closest to you.
Your call notes go in. Out comes the follow-up email in your voice, a clean action list for the client, and a summary you can drop straight into your CRM. The thing that currently eats your Friday.
One recording goes in. Out comes a lesson outline, a student worksheet, three emails, and a batch of social posts — all of it sounding like you, not like AI. The repurposing you keep meaning to systematize.
Your intake forms and past session notes go in. Out comes a prep brief for tomorrow's client: where you left off, what they committed to, what to open with. The fifteen minutes of scrambling before every session, gone.
Raw numbers and your report template go in. Out comes this month's client report, formatted the way you always format it. The work that's beneath you but still somehow yours.
Not on this list? Bring what you actually do. The shape is always the same: something repetitive, something with a predictable input and a predictable output, something you're slightly resentful about.
I'm publishing the agenda because you should know exactly what you're buying.
Three things that make people quit, named upfront so they don't surprise you later. This takes ten minutes and saves the other two hours fifty.
The unglamorous part, and the reason this is worth paying for. Install, permissions, the platform-specific traps, and a real verification test — not “it opened” but “it read a file and gave me the contents back.” If your machine has a problem, we find it here, together, instead of you finding it alone at 11pm.
Where the meter is, why you can't fully trust it, which model to sit on by default, and the one habit that makes a plan last three times longer. Fifteen minutes here is the difference between “this is great” and “I cancelled it.”
We build the folder structure together, by hand, so nothing about it is magic. This is the part where “where did my file go?” stops being a question forever. There are two specific traps here that will silently break everything if you hit them. We avoid both.
You'll need it.
Your task. Your real files. Your hands on the keyboard — I coach, you drive. We don't stop until there's a finished artifact in your output folder that you would actually send to a client.
We write your instruction file together, in your words, in your voice. Then we run the whole task again from scratch — and you watch it come out faster and more like you. That's the moment it stops being a demo and starts being a system.
One assignment for the week. A one-page playbook for when things break. And a clear line for getting unstuck that isn't “reinstall it and hope.”
Concrete things, not feelings.
Done during the session, on your files, good enough to send.
Installed, verified, and tested on your actual machine.
Built with you, so you understand every part of it.
Claude's standing brief on who you are, how you write, and how you like things done.
The same task, runnable again next week in a fraction of the time.
One page covering what to do when it hits a limit, does something weird, or loses a file.
So you can rewatch the part you were nodding through.
Name, what they do
Name, what they do
Placeholder — three short paragraphs, in this order: that you build this for real businesses (one specific example); that you're not a developer and don't teach like one; that you track the real problems people hit with Cowork across forums and communities, which is why the session covers the traps the tutorials skip.
$997.
One live 3-hour session, 1:1, just you and me.
That's it. No upsell at the end, no tier above this one, no “and for just $97 a month.”
Want to talk first? Book a free 15-minute fit call.
If we finish the session and you don't have one working system running on your own files, you get a full refund. No forms, no conditions, no awkward conversation. Just ask.
I can offer that because it's how the session is built. The finished thing isn't a bonus — it's the deliverable.
Stated plainly, because finding this out afterwards would be annoying.
Pro or Max, from Anthropic, roughly $20–$100/month depending on how hard you'll use it. That's separate from this session and paid to them, not me. Cowork doesn't run on the free tier. If you're not sure which to get, I'll tell you on the fit call — most coaches start on Pro.
Cowork needs to install properly on your actual computer. Two caveats worth checking now: a Windows machine with a Snapdragon or ARM processor, or a locked-down corporate virtual desktop, may not run it at all. If either might be you, book the free fit call first and we'll check together before you pay for anything.
From the task you want to build. I'll ask for these when you book.
Not three hours with a client call in the middle. This only works if you're actually there.
No. Nothing in this session involves code. If you can name folders and drag files around, you're qualified. Most of my clients describe themselves as “not a tech person” in the first five minutes and are building working systems by hour two. Being non-technical is the normal case here, not the exception.
It is a lot, and I'd rather you decide honestly than be talked into it. Here's the frame that matters: this isn't three hours of teaching, it's a system that runs every week afterwards. If the task we build takes you two hours a week, you've made the money back in about a month. If it doesn't do that for you, take the refund — that's exactly what the guarantee is for.
You can, and you should, and you probably already have. There's a whole section above about why it hasn't worked. Short version: the videos can't see your screen when it diverges from theirs, can't see your machine when it fails, and aren't built around your actual work.
Yes, with some setup that Mac doesn't need. Windows is genuinely where most people get stuck — which is precisely why we do the install together instead of leaving it as homework. See the requirements section for the two Windows situations where it won't work at all.
Yes, if you want to keep using it. That's a subscription to Anthropic, not to me. There's no ongoing cost to me after the session.
Some of it will change — buttons move, features come and go. What won't change is the underlying method: giving it your files, describing what you want in plain English, writing down how you work so you don't repeat yourself. That transfers to whatever comes next. And you'll know how to adapt, because you built it yourself rather than copying someone's screen.
Both, deliberately. The first hour is closer to tech support and I'm not going to dress it up. The last two are building your actual business process. Skipping the boring part is why most people never get to the good part.
We will, because the scope is deliberately one workflow. If something genuinely goes wrong on my end or your machine turns out to have a real problem, I'll finish it with you at no extra cost. I'm not going to leave you with half a thing.
You get the recording and the playbook, and you run your workflow. If you want more later there's more I can do, but I'll never pitch you during the session. The session is the session.
You get the recording for your own use. If you want to train a team, that's a different conversation — book the fit call.
Not a course you'll mean to finish. Not another tutorial you'll close halfway through. One real thing, working, built with you.
And if it doesn't work, you don't pay.
Not sure yet? Book a free 15-minute fit call. No pitch — we'll check your machine will run it and whether your task is a good fit.
